Integrating our Bed Bug Products
Some pests create a very complicated process to fully eliminate them from a home. After being almost non-existent for 40 years in our homes and businesses, they have re-surged with a vengeance. The reason Bed Bugs are growing in importance is due to the difficulty in eliminating them from a home or hotel room. Our product line offers a solution for each and every aspect of why bed bugs are so hard to control. We have products that target each harborage and life cycle problem to ensure that our clients can offer a comprehensive line of products to the consumers.
Our Step-by-Step summary here will help explain different problems bed bugs cause for average people, and how we can help your company educate and solve those problems for your clients.
Step By Step Program:
Step 1:
Remove and Clean All Washable Fabrics and Clothing with our Bed Bug Laundry Additive.
- Why: Clothing, sheets, bedding, fabrics, plush toys, and other fabric materials create a lot of places for bed bugs and their eggs to hide and avoid treatment. Anything that can be washed, should be washed and treated with our Laundry Additive. To avoid dragging bugs and eggs around the house, place them directly into trash bags to store them while they wait their turn to be washed and dried.
- How: Add 2-4 ounces of Laundry Additive to each laundry load. Can also be added directly to your normal detergent.
Step 2:
Spray all surfaces and cracks with our Bed Bug Liquid Spray.
- Why: Bed bugs attach their eggs to rough surfaces around their ‘feeding area’ (yes, they feed on your blood while you sleep for them to survive).
- How: All areas and surfaces should be treated with our Bed Bug Spray in order to treat the bed bugs of all stages and their eggs. Treat all surfaces such as the mattress, box spring, bed frame (take it apart and expose all cracks and crevices), couches, chairs, pet bedding and surrounding areas, base of carpets/walls and furniture. If people fall asleep on your couch and large chairs, think of these areas as other likely point-sources of the infestation in your house. Also note that bed bugs feed on your pets as well (dog, cats, birds, chinchillas, rabbits, chickens, etc…), so pay close attention to treat areas around all possible food sources, including your pets.
Step 3:
Dust all voids, large cracks, and large spaces with our Bed Bug Dust.
- Why: Dust all voids, large cracks, and large spaces with our Bed Bug Dust.
- How: Treat voids such as wall voids, the insides of box springs, the insides of couches and large chairs, the base of walls (carpet tack strips) and large cracks of your bed frame, end tables and other nearby furniture.
Step 4:
Step 4:
Fumigate all delicate items while fumigating the entire bed, couch and large chairs with our Bed Bug Vapor Pouch.
- Why: No amount of chemical will get to all possible areas that bed bugs or their eggs can be hiding. Also there are a lot of items that can’t be safely treated with liquids or dusts such as electronics, framed artwork, delicate items, toys, expensive shoes and more.
- How: After you have finished steps 1-3 in our program, you then add the items that you did not feel comfortable treating onto your bed (or couch, or large chair), and then cover that furniture with our plastic vapor barrier so that the barrier lays on the floor on all 4 sides. Cut the tops off of the Bed Bug Vapor Pouch(es) (use 4 for a full size bed, 2 for couch, 1 for large chair) and place them under the furniture and the vapor barrier for 2 days to kill all bed bugs under the barrier.
